Donetsk, Feb 23 - DAN. Two houses in the Staromikhailovka settlement in the western outskirts of Donetsk were damaged in shelling by Ukrainian armed formations, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.

"New damage was recorded at 12 Artyom Street and 57 Komarov Street. Fire was delivered from the Kiev-controlled Krasnogorovka settlement," the JCCC said.  The enemy fired four mortar rounds and used a large calibre machine gun.

At the first address, the JCCC recorded damage to the roof and the chimney and the roof of the wing of the house; two vinyl windows, walls and the roof were damaged at 57 Komarov Street. There were no casualties, preliminary reports said.

Over the past 24 hours, Kiev army units opened fire at DPR areas nine times expending 64 rounds of ammunition (not counting ammunition rounds of calibre up to 12.7mm)  

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
