Donetsk, Jun 16 — DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled the capital of the Donetsk People’s Republic with “Uragan multiple rocket launchers on Thursday morning, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported.
“Donetsk’s Proletarsky district sustained damage as it came under BM-27 ‘Uragan’ multiple launcher fire, ” the JCCC said.
Donetsk mayor Alexey Kulemzin said that the strike at Razdolnaya Street damaged the frontage and 40 windows of the the Donetsk Interregional Car Service College, the roof, floors and 15 windows of the Donetsk College of Consumer Services and Trade, and windows of the Donetsk College of Civil Engineering Technologies.
Several single-family houses were damaged in the Kuibyshevsky district overnight, local authorities said. No civilian casualties were reported.
Reports on Wednesday evening said that an elderly woman had been killed in a Ukrainian strike at Makeyevka.*jk
