Donetsk, Nov 8 — DAN. Rescue operations have been completed at the scene of shelling in central Donetsk, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).

Updated reports said that Kiev artillery attacks on central Donetsk had left six people dead including an ambulance driver and social welfare department employees.
Another 55 civilians were injured. A woman was hurt in the city’s Petrovsky district, two men were injured in the Budyonnovsky district, four mini-bus passengers suffered injuries in the Kalininsky district and two women were hurt in Makeyevka. Three teenagers are among the injured.
“Sixteen victims including three children are now in hospital. Three of them are in critical condition; 39 people were treated on outpatient basis, ” DPR Acting Healthcare Minister Dmitry Gartsev said adding that a driver, a paramedic and a doctor had been hospitalized.
Thirteen homes and eight civil infrastructure facilities were damaged by artillery fire in the DPR over the past 24 hours. The enemy mostly used long-range artillery supplied by the West. A strike at central Donetsk was delivered by a high-mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS).
Moscow reportedly requested an emergency session of the UN Security Council in connection with Kiev’s attacks on Donetsk.*jk
