Donetsk, Sep 28 - DAN. The Ukrainian secret service (SBU) led by western supervisors plan to carry out acts of terror at Donbass chemical companies, said Donetsk People’s Republic Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin citing intelligence reports.
“To create a favourable background for propaganda against the People’s Republics, Ukrainian secret services are preparing acts of terror at military and chemical facilities located in Kiev-controlled areas,” Basurin said. “In the meantime, the SBU is trying to put the blame on the Republics’ secret services ahead of the accidents.”
“The United States broadly used such practice in Iraq and Libya.” To give more credence to the planned actions, they mislead Ukraine’s top military leadership, he said.
“Hence, the criminal Kiev regime, under the capable guidance of western supervisors, has new plans to sacrifice the lives of its citizens and trigger an environmental disaster, with the sole purpose to excuse their criminal actions in the eyes of the international community,” Basurin said.
Earlier, the DPR State Security Ministry said that Ukrainian secret services had launched a special operation to unsettle the socio-political situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic after the murder of DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko.*jk
