Donetsk, Aug 21 — DAN. Russian army units have eliminated an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle operations point, several cars with infantry and three carloads of ammunition in the Donetsk area, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Monday.
“Task Force ‘South’ artillery delivered strikes at a Ukrainian army unit stationed in the Novomikhailovka area and the drone operations point in Lastochkino, and eliminated pickups with infantry in Krasnogorovka, Avdyevka and Belogorovka, and a Hamvee infantry fighting vehicle in the Kleshcheyevka area, ” the report said.
Missile troops destroyed three carloads of ammunition, ten transport vehicles and much manpower at the Mezhevaya station in the Avdeyevka area. Heavy Ukrainian artillery pieces were knocked out by Dyleyevka, Grigorovka, Belogorovka, Kurdyumovka and Tonenkoye. Russian aircraft delivered strikes at enemy forces on the Lisichansk, Soledar-Artyomovsk, Alexandro-Kalinovo and Maryinka axes.
Over the past week, seven civilians were killed and another 33 were wounded in Kiev artillery attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic.*jk
