Donetsk, Jul 19 — DAN. Staromayorskoye, a village in the west of the Donetsk People’s Republic that dates back to the 18th century has come under Donetsk’s control, the Republic’s Territorial Defense Headquarters reported on Tuesday.
“In the Donetsk People’s Republic, DPR and LPR troops, supported by the Russian armed forces, have liberated 254 settlements including Staromayorskoye, ” the HQ said.
Staromayorskoye is located in the Velikaya Novoselka district in the west of the DPR. It had a population of about 800 before intense fighting began in the area.*jk
