Donetsk, Sep 8 — DAN. Russian armed forces have delivered strikes at positions of Ukraine’s 95th Air Assault Brigade and 81st Air Mobile Brigade in the Slavyansk and Kramatorsk areas, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Thursday.
“Russian aerospace forces’ precision strikes inflicted fire damage on temporary accommodation centers of units of 95th Air Assault Brigade in the Slavyansk area and 81st Air Mobile Brigade in the Kramatorsk area, ” Konashenkov said. “Up to 120 Ukrainian servicemen and 15 armored vehicles and cars were destroyed.”
The Russian Defense Ministry also reported strikes at five Ukrainian army control centers of 72nd Mechanized Brigade and 58th and 53rd Motorized Infantry Brigades in the Dzerzhinsk, Soledar and Artyomovsk settlement areas in the north of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Ukraine’s losses since the beginning of the special operation have amounted to 293 warplanes, 152 helicopters, 1,910 UAVs, 374 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4,863 tanks and armored vehicles, 826 multiple rocket launcher vehicles, 3,369 artillery pieces and mortars and 5,387 special purpose vehicles.*jk
