Donetsk, Jul 18 — DAN. Russian forces have destroyed 28 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles which targeted Crimean infrastructure overnight to Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“An attempt by the Kiev regime to attack Crimean peninsula facilities with 28 unmanned aerial vehicles was thwarted at night, ” the report said.
Seventeen drones were eliminated by air defense units, and another 11 were suppressed by electronic countermeasures. The attack did not cause any casualties or damage, the Ministry said.
Overnight to Monday, the Kiev regime attacked the Crimean Bridge with surface drones damaging part of the structure. Russia’s Investigative Committee said that the attack was an act of terror.*jk
