Donetsk, Nov 18 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic Head Denis Pushilin has discharged from military service the full-time and mixed attendance students who were mobilized to frontlines.
“The first-time on-campus and mixed attendance students of accredited state-owned institutions of higher and vocational education mobilized to the army are discharged from military service, ” said Decree No 30 published on the Pushilin administration website.
The decree came into force on Friday. Earlier, the Lugansk People’s Republic issued a similar decree.
