Donetsk, Jan 20 – DAN. Kiev showed disregard towards OSCE by shelling Elenovka while the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug was present there.

"It os important to mention that the crime was committed while Mr. Hug was present in DPR, that shows Kiev's disregard towards international mission," DPR Operations Command deputy commander Colonel Eduard Basurin told a news briefing at the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.

The shelling occurred today at around 8 a.m. The bus travelling to Donetsk from Dokuchaevsk came under sniper fire in the vicinity of Elenovka, a civilian woman was injured.

"The woman had a surgery and is in stable condition, DPR investigative authorities open a criminal investigation," Basurin said.

Alexander Hug inspected the DPR south today visiting Kominternovo and Sakhanka, assessing the situation along the line of contact and talking to the locals.*ot
