Donetsk, Feb 19 – DAN. Ukrainian armed forces violated security guarantees issued for repair works Gorlovka on Friday, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
"At 7.55 a.m. and 7.58 a.m. on Friday, despite previously issued security guarantees for water pipes repair works and for field inspection with the purpose of further development of measures to restore energy supply to Zaitsevo, Ukrainian armed formations opened massive fire twice using heavy weapons, thus putting the abovementioned works at risk," the report reads.
The township of Golmovskiy on Gorlovka outskirts was targeted with 120 mm mortar rounds on Friday morning.*ot
