Donetsk, Dec 2 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 60 times this week, firing 230-plus shells, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"Over the week, from November 26 to December 2, 58 ceasefire violations were recorded. The total number of rounds fired on the DPR is 232, or 0.4 tons, or 7.5 ammunition boxes.

Of those 103 rounds were of  82 mm and 120 mm caliber."

Over the period, one civilian was injured, seven residential houses sustained damage.

An indefinite ceasefire came into force in Donbass in the night of July 20-21 as it has been agreed to by the Contact Group in Minsk.

The new ceasefire agreement includes provisions for disciplinary measures against perpetrators, ban on offensive, sabotage and reconnaissance operations, ban on any fire including sniper fire, deployment of heavy weapons to populated areas and, first of all, civilian infrastructural objects such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals and public places. *ot
