Donetsk, Jul 23 – DAN.  Ukrainian forces violated ceasefire 27 times over the past week, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.

“Twenty seven violations have been recorded over the past week,” he said.

The members of Ukrainian armed forces opened fire on nine townships using high-caliber artillery, 120 mm, 82 mm mortars, and anti-tank missiles in 11 incidents.

A residential house in Alexandrovka sustained damage.

DPR opened retaliatory fire on five occasions.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
