Donetsk, Dec 16 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 14 times over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
"Over the past 24 hours, the number of registered violations was 14, the number of rounds fired was 41."
Under barrel grenade launcher, large caliber machine guns and small arms were used to target Alexandrovka, Spartak, Vesyoloye, Yakovlevka, Leninskoye, Shakhta 6/7.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev forces violated the ceasefire six times firing 19 rounds.
The Contact Group working groups held meetings on Tuesday, but failed to achieve any progress.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
