Donetsk, May 8 – DAN. The Ukrainian army shelled Donetsk and Novoazovsk district with mortar rounds, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.
"Today, from 4.10 a.m. to 5.10 a.m. Ukrainian forces shelled Shakhta Trudovskaya in western Donetsk, firing 11 rounds of 82 mm caliber, 15 AGS-type rounds, 40 rounds of IFV (BMP-2 type); small arms were also used."
At 7.24 a.m. Ukrainian forces opened fire on Novaya Tavriya in the DPR south, launching 21 rounds of 120 mm and 82 mm caliber.
