Donetsk, Jun 30 — DAN. Ukrainian gunmen did not fire at Donetsk People’s Republic territory for more than nine hours overnight to Friday, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).
“No artillery strikes were recorded in the period from 23:10 to 8:40, Moscow time, ” the JCCC said noting a similar pause in attacks about a month ago.
In the morning, the enemy attacked two districts in Donetsk and one in Makeyevka using NATO-supplied 155mm artillery pieces.
On Thursday, Ukrainian army units expended up to 200 rounds of ammunition in 30 attacks on the region, the JCCC said. No civilian casualties were reported.*jk
