Donetsk, Mar 30 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have opened fire at the Donetsk People’s Republic three times over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the indefinite ceasefire three times expending 24 rounds of ammunition,” the report said. (The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics - eds Donetsk News Agency).

Fire was delivered at the areas of the Zaitsevo settlement in Gorlovka and Alexandrovka in western Donetsk and the outskirts of the Sakhanka village in southern DPR. The enemy used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, the JCCC said.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the DPR three times.

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
