Donetsk, Apr 7 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire eight times over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
“Over the past 24 hours, the number of registered violations was eight, the number of rounds fired – 89”. Vesyoloye, Zhabunki, Shakhta Abakumova, Vasilyevka, Vedenskoye and Kominternovo were targeted with IFVs, APCs, grenade launchers, 82 mm and 120 mm mortars and small arms.
Earlier reports said that power supply to Vasilyevka had been interrupted by Ukrainian fire, two buildings had been damaged.
The first-level pumping station of the Yuzhodonbasskiy water pipe was halted yesterday due to power supply interruption.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
