Donetsk, Jun 30 – DAN. Kiev forces violated the ceasefire almost 185 times over the past week, firing 850 artillery and mortar rounds at DPR territory, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Friday.
“The enemy violated the ceasefire 185 times over the past week firing 847 artillery, rocket artillery, mortar and tank gun round,” Basurin said.
According to DPR Operations Command, 27 DPR settlements came under fire over the past week, 32 households were destroyed or damaged. In Dokuchaevsk, Yasnoye and Vasilyevka gas, water and power supply were interrupted.
Petrovskiy, Kuibyshevskiy, Kievskiy districts of Donetsk, Krutaya Balka in Yasinovatskiy district, Gorlovka, Aleksandrovka, Kominternovo in Novoazovskiy district and Vasilyevka came under most intense fire.
Kiev forces violated the ceasefire 44 times over the past 24 hours, firing at 13 townships. Several households were damaged.
A “harvest ceasefire” aimed at facilitating the harvesting in Donbass came into force on June 24, as it had been agreed by the Contact Group members in Minsk. It was expected to last till August 31. *ot
