Kiev forces fire at pumping station outside Yasinovataya, personnel hides in shelter - Yakubov

Donetsk, Feb 7 - DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled the Vasilyevka pumping station area outside Yasinovataya, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.

“Today, at 14:50, Ukrainian armed formations in Novosyolovka-2 opened fire at Vasilyevka with recoilless guns (SPG),” Yakubov said.” The Vasilyevka 1st level pumping station area came under fire.”

The personnel had to hide in a shelter, he added.

The Vasilyevka pumping station is located in the Vasilyevka settlement outside Yasinovataya. It services the Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct supplying water to residents on both sides of the contact line.*jk
