Donetsk, Oct 2 - DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 20 times over the past 24 hours, Donetsk People’s Republic representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian army violated the ceasefire 20 times expending 118 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.
Ukrainian army units targeted Zhabichevo, Alexandrovka and Kremenets, the Spartak neighbourhood, the Donetsk airport, the Golmovskiy and Zaitsevo settlements outside Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and its Krutaya Balka settlement and the southern villages of Kominternovo, Leninskoye, Sakhanka and Novaya Tarviya, he added.
The enemy employed 82mm and 120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, anti-tank rocket propelled grenade launchers (RPG), recoilless guns (SPG), automatic grenade launchers (AGS) and small arms.
The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.*jk
