Donetsk, Sep 8 - DAN. The Vesyoloye village area in Donetsk’s northern suburbs came under heavy fire from Ukrainian forces on Wednesday morning, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
The strike was delivered from the Opytnoye settlement at 8:00. The enemy expended 24 120mm mortar rounds. The Ukrainian representatives in the JCCC routinely ignored the DPR Office’s request to use the coordination mechanism for establishing a ceasefire.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the DPR three times over the past 24 hours.*jk
