Donetsk, Oct 19 — DAN. Kiev army units have shelled frontline areas of the Donetsk People’s Republic fifteen times since the beginning of the day, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Thursday.
Strikes were delivered at Donetsk, Makeyevka, Gorlovka and the Yasinovataya district. The enemy is mostly using long-range artillery and multiple rocket launchers supplied by NATO.
A 67-year-old man was wounded in Mira Street in Minteralnoye. The settlement was on the frontline from 2014 to 2022, but even after the frontline was pushed back, Kiev continued to deliver strikes at it. Mineralnoye is still populated.
Ukrainian forces delivered 12 strikes at the DPR over the past 24 hours. In the Verkhnetoretskoye neighborhood located outside Yasinovataya, a woman was wounded and her house sustained serious damage. The enemy fired about 50 artillery rounds over 24 hours, the JCCC said.*jk
