Kiev forces adhere to ceasefire first time since 2017

Donetsk, Mar 7 – DAN. Kiev forces observed ceasefire for 24 hours for the first time since the end of 2017, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said.

"In the past 24 hours no ceasefire violations have been recorded," he said.

An absolute ceasefire has been recorded for the first time since December 27, 2017.

The Contact Group has brokered an “absolute ceasefire” in Donbass in effect from midnight March 5. The DPR said it is fully committed to the agreement and ready to silence guns. *ot
