Donetsk, Oct 25 - DAN. A group of Lithuanian snipers joined the Ukrainian army’s 128th Mountain Infantry Brigade unit in the Volnovakha area, Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia spokesman Daniil Bezsonov said on Thursday.
“A sniper team of Lithuanian mercenaries was seen arriving in the Starognatovka area (in the vicinity of Volnovakha, 4.5 kilometres from the contact line - eds Donetsk News Agency), in the responsibility zone of 128th Brigade’s 15th Battalion,” Bezsonov said.
Kiev repeatedly replenished its units with foreign snipers before. In August, it deployed 50 foreign snipers to the Berdyanskoye settlement outside Mariupol.*jk
