Donetsk, Sep 27 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 22 times over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Friday.
“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 22 times expending 169 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Strikes were delivered at the Trudovskaya Colliery, Alexandrovka and Staromikhailovka neighbourhoods in the outskirts and suburbs of Donetsk, Gorlovka’s Dolomitnoye and Zaitsevo neighbourhoods, Dokuchayevsk and the Dzerzhinskoye, Leninskoye and Sakhanka villages in southern DPR, the JCCC said.
The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, anti-aircraft guns, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. A house in Dalnevostochnaya Street in Staromikhailovka was damaged in the shelling.
The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian army units fired nearly 200 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas.*jk
