Donetsk, May 7 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 14 times over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 14 times expending 124 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Strikes were delivered at the areas of the Volvo Centre in the northern outskirts of Donetsk, the Yasinovataya, Shakhta Trudovskaya, Zhabichevo and Yelenovka settlements and the Signalnoye village on the Donetsk axis, the Shakhta Gagarina settlement on the Gorlovka axis and the outskirts of the Oktyabr, Sakhanka and Sosnovskoye villages on the Mariupol axis.

The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

A house in Shakhta Trudovskaya was damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces on Wednesday.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 14 times firing more than 200 rounds of ammunition at the DPR.*jk
