Donetsk, Jan 16 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire three times over the past 24 hours firing 24 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire three times expending 24 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.
Strikes were delivered at the Yelenovka and Kashtanovka settlements on the Donetsk axis and the Sakhanka village on the Mariupol axis, the JCCC said.

The enemy used infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces fired more than 20 rounds of ammunition at the DPR territory in six ceasefire violations.*jk
