Donetsk, Feb 9 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have opened fire at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory on the Donetsk and Mariupol axes three times over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
“Ukrainian armed formations violated the indefinite ceasefire three times over the past 24 hours expending 14 rounds of ammunition,” the report said. The enemy used grenade launchers (AGS, RPG and SPG).
Fire was delivered at the outskirts of the Yelenovka settlement outside Donetsk and the Yakovlevka village near Yasinovataya, and the Leninskoye village area in the south of the Republic, the JCCC said.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev army units opened fire at the DPR twice.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of all weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
