Donetsk, Jun 6 — DAN. Ukrainian forces fired more 483 shells on the DPR on Monday, and continued its onslaught on Donetsk.

Here are the key events so far on Monday, June 6.

Fighting

First explosions of the enemy’s rounds sounded in the DPR at 7:10 a.m. The enemy used Grad MLRS, artillery and mortars to target Donetsk, Makeyevka, Yasinovataya, Gorlovka and many more neighbouring townships.

Four people were killed in Donetsk, seven injured.

Two people were killed in Makeyevka, two others injured.

Two people were injured in Yasinovatya.

Two people were killed, one injured in Volnovakha.

A woman was killed in Gorlovka, four civilians injured.

Extensive destructions were reported all over the DPR.

Russian aviation destroyed two Ukrainian command centres in Donbass, arms depots, equipment and more than 70 positions.

The Russia-led coalition liberated Zelyonyi Gai and Petrovskoye near Ugledar.

The Ministry of Defence said that the coalition is about to liberate Svyatogorsk.

Society

The DPR Supreme Court is holding the first hearing in the case of British mercenaries participating in the military action against Donbass on the side of Ukraine. The defendants face the death penalty.

The delegation of the People’s Council of the DPR arrived in Moscow with an official visit to meet Russian legislators.

The Pershotravnevyi district of the DPR has signed a cooperation agreement with the Kursk Oblast in Russia.

Professors of the Donetsk National University are visiting Saint Petersburg as part of the Russian Education and Science Ministry curators' program.

Deputy Head of the DPR Emergencies Ministry Andrey Agarkov visited Krasnyi Liman and ordered the soonest possible reconstruction of power and water supply infrastructure, revival of social benefits programs, and to assist the locals with finding jobs.
