JCCC: Ukrainian forces shell DPR with over 460 rounds in 24 hours

Donetsk, May 2 – DAN. Ukrainian army units expended over 460 rounds targeting DPR territory in the past 24 hours, violating the ceasefire 22 times, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Ukrainian armed forces fired 462 rounds," he said.

He said the enemy targeted Yasinovataya outskirts, northern Gorlovka, including Mayorsk checkpoint, Zaitsevo, Dokuchayevsk, Leninskoye, Kominternovo and Novolaspa.

The previous day, two civilians were injured in Verkhnetroitskoye.

Despite the ceasefire announced in Donbass, Kiev forces opened intense fire on western and northern Donetsk on April 11, dramatically deteriorating the security situation. *ot
