Donetsk, May 3 – DAN. The Ukrainian armed forces shelled Dokuchayevsk during the night, damaging six houses, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said.
“Over the past 24 hours the enemy violated the ceasefire nine times firing 160 shells,” Yakubov said.
The Volvo Center area in Donetsk, Mineralnoye, Shakhta Trudovskaya and Dokuchayevsk were targeted with 120 mm mortars, IFVs, APCs, grenade launchers and small arms.
"Apart from that, at 2.47 a.m., from the direction of Nikolayevka 26 mortar rounds of 120 mm caliber were fired on Dokuchayevsk. A power transformer and a gas pipe were damaged, 500 customers are without power and 300 are without gas."
The rounds under 12.7 mm caliber are excluded from daily reports.
A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day. At 1.05 a.m. Kiev forces opened 120 mm mortar fire on Alexandrovka, western Donetsk. *ot
