Donetsk, Apr 10 – DAN. The Ukrainian armed forces violated the ceasefire 12 times in 24 hours firing 105 rounds at the Donetsk People’s Republic, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said.
“Over the past 24 hours the enemy violated the ceasefire 12 times firing 105 shells,” Yakubov said.
Donetsk airport area, Zhabichevo, Gorlovka, Shakhta 6 and 7, Golmovskiy, Yasinovataya and Yakovlevka, Dokuchayevsk, Leninskoye, Sakhanka and Sosnovskoye were targeted 120 mm mortars, IFVs and APCs, grenade launchers and small arms of large caliber.
This morning, Ukrainian forces opened fire on Gorlovka damaging Golmovskiy treatment facilities and leaving over 3,000 customers without power.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev violated the ceasefire 18 times, firing 90-plus rounds.
The rounds under 12.7 mm caliber are excluded from daily reports.
A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day. At 1.05 a.m. Kiev forces opened 120 mm mortar fire on Alexandrovka, western Donetsk. *ot
