Four DPR militiamen killed, 19 wounded in fighting over past 24 hours

Donetsk, Mar 17 - DAN. Four Donetsk People’s Republic militiamen have been killed and another 19 have been wounded in the fighting over the past 24 hours, DPR People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Thursday.

“Most regrettably, four DPR defenders have been killed and 19 have been wounded in the fight for independence over the past 24 hours,” Basurin said.

He conveyed his condolences to the victim’s families and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.

Fighting is ongoing for Mariupol, Maryinka, Avdeyevka and settlements outside Gorlovka.

In the fighting on Wednesday, the DPR losses reportedly amounted to five dead and 14 wounded.*jk
