Donetsk, Nov 23 — DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic has listed more than 250 militiamen as missing in Ukrainian territory, DPR ombudsperson Darya Morozova told the Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday. 

“The DPR has been looking for more than 250 of its servicemen in Ukraine since the beginning of the special military operation, ” Morozova said.

The figure does not include the military personnel released from captivity during previous prisoner swaps between Russia and Ukraine, she added.

On Wednesday, Moscow and Kiev carried out a new POW exchange according to the “35 for 35” formula. There were four servicemen from the DPR in the group handed over by Ukraine. The Russian Defense Ministry said that the former POWs would undergo medical treatment and rehabilitation in military hospitals upon arrival in Moscow.*jk
