Donetsk, Nov 8 – DAN. A DPR service member has been killed today by Ukrainian armed forces, the deputy People's Militia chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin said.
"As a result of enemy's fire one our defender has been killed, another one injured. We extend our condolences to the family of the deceased, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded soldier," he said.
Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire five times in the past 24 hours firing 34 rounds.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
