Donetsk, Jan 26 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic has offered Kiev to hold a video conference at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) between representatives of the parties to the conflict, the DPR Office at the JCCC reported.

“In connection with the proposal voiced by Alexey Nikonorov at the extraordinary session of the working group on security issues, the DPR Office at the JCCC has forwarded an official notice to Ukraine offering technicalities and procedure for a video conference at the JCCC in the current membership, with possible participation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission,” it said.
