Donetsk, Apr 21 – DAN. Two DPR service members were killed in Ukrainian shelling, said DPR People's Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.
"It is with profound sadness that we report the deaths of two our defenders. We extend deep condolences to their families."
Kiev forces shelled the Shakhta 6/7 township on Wednesday, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said earlier.
They violated the ceasefire four times over the past 24 hours.
All the attempts to reinstall the ceasefire through the coordination mechanism failed as Ukrainian ignored the requests.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
