Donetsk, Oct 24 – DAN. DPR Prosecutor General’s Office brought criminal charges against two Ukrainian commanders suspected of shelling Donetsk suburbs, a representative of the Office told DAN.
"The Investigative Directorate of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a case against the commander of the 10th Separate Mountain Brigade Zubanich and the commander of the 46th separate special forces battalion “Donbass-Ukraina" Vlasenko," the official said.
"These persons having been in command of the abovementioned units entered in a conspiracy with intent to commit terrorist acts and gave orders to shell Donetsk suburbs with heavy weapons."
Northern and western Donetsk residential suburbs are regularly shelled by Kiev forces with heavy weapons. Two civilians were wounded yesterday as Ukrainian shelling of the areas.
