Donetsk, Mar 3 – DAN. DPR People's Militia had been cleared to open preemptive fire to suppress and destroy Ukrainian firing positions, the Defense said.
"Due to the absence of any reaction from the international monitors to continuing Ukrainian shelling of Republic's populated areas, with the purpose of protecting population, the DPR People's Militia units are cleared to open preemptive fire to suppress and destroy Ukrainian firing positions," the DPR People's Militia report said.
On Wednesday morning, Panteleymonovka and Leninskoye came under mortar and grenade launcher fire, 105 rounds were fired.
According to the JCCC, the intensity of Ukrainian fire grew by 6.5 times over the past 24 hours.*ot
