Donetsk, Oct 21 - DAN. A lack of reaction from OSCE officials at the worsening situation on the contact line provoked Ukraine into shelling the Republic, the Donetsk People’s Republic militia said on Thursday.
A child and a girl suffered concussion earlier on Thursday as Kiev forces shelled Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district. Four houses, a gas pipe and three cars were reportedly damaged in the strike.
“A lack of tough response from the OSCE leadership to the latest outrageous violations by Kiev actually let loose the Ukrainian army commanders who are fearlessly mounting aggression against civilians,” the DPR People's Militia said adding that the strike from the Peski settlement area had been delivered at the order of Ukrainian army 58th Brigade commander Dmitry Kaschenko.
On Thursday morning, Kiev forces delivered a massive strike at northwestern Donetsk using 122mm and 152mm artillery. *jk
