Donetsk, Oct 20 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic militia units supported by Russian forces have killed up to 50 gunmen and destroyed their military hardware over the past 24 hours, DPR People’s Militia deputy commander Eduard Basurin said on Thursday.
“The following enemy equipment was destroyed: two T-64BV tanks, two ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft guns, seven armored vehicles and cars, and three unmanned aerial vehicles, ” Basurin said.
The Ukrainian army lost up to 50 gunmen in fighting, he added.
The special military operation in Ukraine and Donbass began on February 24, 2022. Its objective is to free territories occupied by the Kiev regime. As of now, the Russian Federation controls practically the whole Lugansk People’s Republic and large parts of the DPR and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.*jk
