Donetsk, Dec 7 – DAN. DPR intelligence uncovered along the line of contact Ukrainian armed forces howitzers, 10 self-propelled artillery pieces and military instructors from Slovakia, DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin told a news briefing at Donetsk News Agency.

"Our intelligence keeps recording reinforcement of Ukrainian armed forces in proximity of the contact line," he said.

Four towered 152mm howitzers were located in Karlovka village (19km north of Donetsk), 10 self-propelled 122mm howitzers Gvozdika in Galitsinovka, Krasnogorovka and Konstantinovka (3 and 12 km from the front line), two 122mm howitzers were located earlier in the latter.

"In the area of responsibility of 30 separate mechanized brigade foreign instructors from Slovakia were located carrying out tactical drills."

DPR intelligence routinely spots foreign mercenaries and heavy weapons deployed by Kiev to Donbass frontline areas.
Under The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements signed by the Contact Group on February 12, 2015, the sides have to withdraw their artillery systems of 100 mm calibre or more to a distance of 50 kilometres apart from each other, multiple launch rocket systems Tornado, Uragan and Smerch to a distance of 70 kilometres and Tactical Missile Systems Tochka to a distance of 140 kilometres. The Addendum to the Minsk Agreements signed in September provides for the parties’ withdrawal of their artillery systems of a calibre less than 100 mm, as well as tanks and mortars.
