Donetsk, Dec 13 — DAN. Russian forces have defeated Ukrainian army manpower and equipment in eight settlement areas in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Wednesday.
On the Donetsk axis, Russian army units repelled four attacks by Kleshcheyevka (outside Artyomovsk) and the Shumy gully near Gorlovka, and defeated enemy forces in the areas of Krasnoye, Kleshcheyevka, Kurdyumovka, Kirovo and Maryinka, the Defense Ministry said.
Strikes were delivered at Ukrainian gunmen in the areas of Novomikhailovka, Novodonetskoye and Velikaya Novosyolka on the South Donetsk axis and in the Serebryanka Forestry area on the Krasny Liman axis.
The Ukrainian army lost on these axes up to 480 troops, three tanks, one Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, two Msta-B howitzers, one D-30 and one D-20 howitzer, two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers and one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer. Two HIMARS projectiles and six drones were shot down in the special military operation zone including the Belogorovka, Krinichnaya and Maryinka areas in the DPR.*jk
