Donetsk, Apr 20 – DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 178 times over the week firing over 77 artillery rounds, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.
“Overall, 178 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces have been recorded,” Basurin said. “The enemy fired 77 artillery rounds of 152mm and 122mm caliber; 69 tank gun rounds; 863 mortar rounds of 120mm and 82mm caliber, apart from using infantry fighting vehicle guns, grenade launchers and small arms."
The enemy targeted 17 frontline townships in DPR, damaging 20 buildings.
Earlier reports said Kiev forces violated the ceasefire 18 times in the past 24 hours, firing almost 1,000 rounds at eight townships. *ot
