Donetsk, Feb 14 – DAN. The explosion at the Donetsk chemical plant occurred as a result of Ukrainian forces shelling, DPR Operations Command said.
“Ukrainian army shelled premises of the Donetsk state-owned plant of chemical products with 152mm artillery. Casualties have been reported. According to preliminary information, a civilian has been killed,” it said.
The facility was targeted from the direction of Nevelskoye village located between Kiev-controlled Avdeyevka and Karlovka.
