Donetsk, Oct 28 – DAN. Kiev shelled Petrovskiy district of Donetsk overnight, leaving a civilian dead, DPR Operations Command said.
"Yesterday evening a civilian was killed in Petrovskiy district of Donetsk as Ukrainian armed forces opened fire," the interlocutor said.
The death toll from Kiev's yesterday shelling has risen to three. Two were killed as Kiev shelled Makeevka the previous evening, 10 were wounded (earlier seven injured were reported).
The previous night Ukraine shelled DPR with 60 artillery and mortar rounds, thus 600 rounds fired at DPR territory overnight make a dramatic 10-fold increase in the number of ceasefire violations.
