Big explosion hits gas station in Novoazovsk region, gas supply cut across DPR south

Donetsk, Jul 1 – DAN. An explosion hit a gas distribution station in the DPR south, the supply of fuel is cut to all southern townships, the local administration told DAN.

"At around 11 p.m. a large explosion hit a gas station in the Novoazovsk district, all south is without gas supply," the interlocutor said.

Fire crews have rushed to the scene.

The DPR Operations Command said it is not ruling out a possible sabotage act by Ukrainian squads, as the area has recently been the target of the Ukrainian army.

No immediate updates were available.
