Donetsk, Jul 23 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Foreign Ministry has published the list of additional indefinite ceasefire control measures which were coordinated and signed by the Contact Group participants on Thursday.

The document bans offensive and commando operations, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles by the parties, all kinds of fire, including sniper fire, the deployment of heavy armaments in or in proximity to residential areas, in the first place on the premises of civil infrastructure facilities including schools, kindergartens and hospitals.

Ceasefire violators will be disciplined. A coordination mechanism will be designed and initiated to respond to ceasefire violations with the assistance of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination in its current composition.

Return fire is allowed in case of offensive, if the order to open fire is given by commanders of Ukrainian armed formations or DPR and LPR People’s Militia units after the unsuccessful attempt to use the above coordination mechanism. The Contact Group has to be notified about the issue of such orders.

The additional ceasefire control measures will come into force at 00:01, Kiev time, on July 27, 2020. They will remain in effect until complete settlement of the conflict and cannot be fully or partially disavowed by any other orders, including secret ones.

The comprehensive, indefinite and lasting ceasefire has been in effect in Donbass since July 21, 2019. It was agreed at the Contact Group talks in Minsk.*jk*pp
