Donetsk, Nov 11 - DAN. More than 200 customers in the Ozeryanovka settlement in southwestern Gorlovka were left without electricity after the area came under Ukrainian forces fire on Thursday morning, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
“The strike severed a power transmission line,” the report said. “At 9:21, power was partially restored as 14 electrical substations went back online. Two hundred and eight customers in Solnechnogorskaya Street have no power supply as four electrical substations are currently de-energized.”
“Ukraine ignored the DPR’s attempts at the JCCC to use the coordination mechanism to quickly establish a ceasefire,” JCCC said.
The DPR Office at the JCCC sent a team the scene to assess the damage and record the aftermath of the shelling.
On Thursday morning, Ukrainian forces fired 18 120mm mortar rounds at the Ozeryanovka area .*jk
